Redington Shores
We’re located in Redington Shores, Florida, at the beach, on the intercostal waterway. Relax in our waterfront garden, you may even get to see dolphins or manatees! If you need a place to work and want a cup of coffee, we have a relaxing indoor space, as well.
Downtown St. Petersburg
Our new downtown St. Petersburg is OPEN! We’re so excited to be here in our new space. We are serving our Gypsy Souls Coffee along with bagels, cinnamon rolls, muffins, and the famous Sunshine vegan/gluten-free donuts. Downtown St. Pete is a vibrant and growing city, and we’re so excited to be a part of that growth.

OUR STORY
Gypsy Souls Coffeehouse was founded in 2014 by an airline pilot, the original Gypsy Soul, who had the vision to create a unique waterfront space that served the finest locally roasted coffees from around the world. Now we’re a family-run coffee business proudly continuing the pilot’s vision. We offer twelve different coffee bean origins, all unique in flavor, served fresh daily for your enjoyment. With locally sourced pastries and teas, Gypsy Souls Coffeehouse has something for everyone…
OUR ROASTS
We buy our green beans from importers whose mission it is to “build, support, and foster sustainable relationships with our suppliers, customers, communities, and the environment.” This allows us to offer the finest Arabica coffees, including certified Fair Trade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance, Estate, Co-op, and unique small lot coffees. Our beans are currently being roasted by our friends in Sarasota at their family-owned roasting faciclity. We will soon be roasting our own beans at our downtown St. Pete location…

OUR MENU
Our goal is to source the best local pastries and baked goods. We are also going to introduce European pastries and baked goods, as a nod to our ancestors. From the traditional bagels and scones to Yugoslavian walnut roll and cheese strudel, we are pairing the best of the best with our coffee and teas. Bon Appetit!
