Citric, balanced body, creamy, chocolate, caramelized sugar, fruity. This unique Honey processed coffee comes from the Turrabares farm in the West Valley region of Costa Rica. The farm is 60 hectares large and sits about 1500 meters above sea level, providing the perfect environment for a bean to undergo a slow maturation process. The Naranjo Mountains where the farm is located has had the reputation of producing some of the best coffee in the country, due to the rich volcanic soil in the region.
