All of our beans are Single Origin. Never blended. Never flavored.

We buy our green beans from importers whose mission it is to “build, support, and foster sustainable relationships with our suppliers, customers, communities, and the environment.” This allows us to offer the finest Arabica coffees, including certified Fair Trade, Organic and Rainforest Alliance, Estate, Co-op, and unique small lot coffees. Our beans are currently being roasted by our friends in Sarasota at their family-owned roasting faciclity. We will soon be roasting our own beans at our downtown St. Pete location. Our quest is to offer you the world’s best coffee from all of the coffee growing regions, including Ethiopia, known as the birthplace of coffee, from other African countries, from Asian countries like Papua New Guinea, and from all over the Americas, like Brazil, Columbia, and Costa Rica. With more than 11 varietals, we invite you to enjoy the unique flavors and complexities of our coffee and invite you to savor the moment in our comfortable surroundings.
